SYDNEY METRO DELIVERIES – SHOPS & ONLINE ORDERS

 

 It's a contactless delivery - we will leave at your front door or nominated spot.
 Order deadlines for the same week delivery is Tuesday 3pm
 Deliveries will be completed Wednesday or Thursday depending on truck routes each week.


INTERSTATE DELIVERIES – AIRPORT TO AIRPORT – SHOPS & ONLINE ORDERS

We can offer Airport to Airport delivery through Toll Air Express for interstate orders. We will pack and deliver sealed, iced packages to Toll Air Express,
Sydney for pick up by you at the other end. All destinations have chiller facilities and an estimated arrival time and consignment details will be provided to you.

Cost
Ex GST cost is approx. $50 Base price for 5kg - Further kilos will be charged depending on size. Prices are subject to change (includes a fuel and a security surcharge) plus a variable $/kg or $/cm rate (the greater) delivery per State:

• Adelaide –$2.56/kg
• Brisbane – $1.99/kg
• Cairns – $3.69/kg
• Coolangatta – $1.89/kg
• Melbourne – $1.93/kg
• Perth – $5.50/kg
• Darwin – $5.98/kg

Other Delivery Information - faqs

My delivery Instructions:
Orders need to be addressed to a premise with someone to sign for the courier. We suggest using your work address unless you can be sure someone will be home on that day. You can opt to have the courier driver call you 30 minutes before your delivery is due to arrive, please state this on your delivery instructions. If there is no-one to sign for the product it will either be left on the doorstep or will go back to the refrigerated distribution warehouse.  A second delivery charge will be generated.

When is the order deadline?
Order deadline for Paddington pick up and Market pick up is 48 hrs prior to the day requested.
Christmas Order deadline 72 hours prior to pick up.

How long the products will last unrefrigerated?
All our products are packed into sealed polystyrene boxes and packed with reusable ice packs. We only use refrigerated couriers. As soon as your delivery arrives it should be placed into your fridge. We suggest you do not leave your fish in our boxes for longer than 2 hours once the delivery has been made.

My order hasn’t arrived?
We are very good at delivering on time. Therefore if you haven't received your order when expected please call us on (02) 9695 7600
For intrastate deliveries we use an independent courier service. If your delivery hasn't turned up please call us.
If you forget to advise us within 24 hours that your delivery hasn't arrived on the designated day we cannot be held responsible.

What is the condition of purchase?
The customer will bear all risk in respect of the products once they have been delivered as per your instructions, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery. Brilliant Food will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).

Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes, from our warehouse at 178 Oxford St, Paddington. Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm. Please let us know approx. what time you will be coming when you place your order so we can have it ready for you.

How are the products delivered?
All our products are packed into polystyrene boxes with ice packs and deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles to insure our product stays at the right temperature.

Do I need to tell you all my details each time I order? Yes you do need to enter your details each time you order. Credit card details will need to be entered each time as we do not keep these on file.

Do we deliver on the weekend?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am til 3 pm. We do not m ake deliveries on the weekend. It is suggested that you arrange for a Wednesday or Thursday delivery. If you are unsure please call the office on 9695 7600.
